This site is for administrators of US Loans at foreign [non USA] schools. It is to assist university staff with handling loans for American students and provides help on federal regulations as well as the practical processes of annual set-up, loan eligibility, origination, money disbursement, reconciliation and audit of American educational loans.
What is this website?
Sean McNally was the fees manager at LSE, became the specialist in US Loans and is used by universities across the UK, Europe and wider as a major source of both regulatory and practical information and help.
Retiring early in 2012, he still owns and runs the email forum and uses his new-found available time to offer his expertise to universities and schools. This site is part of the help he provides.
Who owns and runs this website?
When Sean gives specialist support to universities and schools on US loans at their campus, he does so as Renard Ltd which he co-founded and remains as a Director.
Why Renard Ltd.?
These are the student loans available to American students from their government. They are administered by the universities which the students attend but come with a huge spread of regulations to which the universities must comply, and that compliance is tested by annual Compliance Audit.
